Terms and Conditions For Emara Luxury Kenya Safaris

1. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be confirmed in writing.
A deposit of 30% is required to secure a reservation.
Full payment must be made at least 30 days before the start of the safari.
Bookings made within 30 days of departure must be paid in full at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
60 days or more: 10% of total cost
30–59 days: 30% of total cost
15–29 days: 50% of total cost
0–14 days: 100% (no refund)
No refunds will be given for unused services.

3. Travel Insurance
All clients are required to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, personal liability, trip cancellation, and loss of luggage.
Emara Luxury Kenya Safaris is not liable for any loss or injury sustained during the trip.

4. Pricing
Prices are quoted in US Dollars (or Kenya Shillings where applicable).
Prices are subject to change without notice due to changes in park fees, government taxes, or currency fluctuations.

5. Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Equivalent alternatives will be provided where possible.

6. Wildlife Sightings
Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed, as animals move freely in the wild.
Our guides will do their best to provide the best possible experience.

7. Accommodation
Lodges and camps are subject to availability.
Equivalent standard accommodations will be offered if the preferred option is fully booked.

8. Liability
Emara Luxury Kenya Safaris is not responsible for any loss, injury, illness, damage, or delays caused by acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
We act only as agents for hotels, transport companies, and other service providers.

9. Health and Safety
It is the client’s responsibility to seek medical advice and vaccinations before travel.
Clients must inform us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions in advance.

10. Passports and Visas
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents.
Kenyan visas can be obtained online before travel.
